There is a pho place in a Northern Virginia strip mall that will not be in a glossy list, and it does not need to be. The broth is the whole review. Herbs, lime, a bowl that is actually hot. I went on a wet Tuesday and remembered why restaurants exist.
The fancy rooms are chasing a photo. This room is chasing lunch. Lunch won. If you need a reservation app, you are in the wrong story.
Go early. Get the large. Do not perform being a regular. Just become one.
