The news, portioned

The Daily is the news as a commute. One story, a reporter, a bow on the end. On a big news day it is a public service. On a slow day it is a well-produced shrug. I still put it on when I am sick of everyone yelling.

The danger is thinking you understood the week because you understood one package. You didn't. Use it as a start. Then go read something that does not have music under it.

Good for one story a day. Do not let it become the only way you get news.
