August audio is depth charts, guest coaches, and the same three injuries.
NFL preview podcasts
MINUTECRITIC · Aug 30, 2026
The NFL preview podcast is a seasonal vegetable. It shows up in August, it is everywhere, and it is mostly water. Depth charts. A guest who was on a staff in 2019. The same hamstring, described as 'day to day' until it is not. If you love a team, one of these will tell you something. If you love six teams, you will lose a commute.
The honest ones admit they do not know. The rest sell certainty because certainty is easier to clip. Score: useful as a briefing, bad as a diet. After kickoff the same shows will be better, because there will be games instead of vibes.
One preview show is useful. Five is a second job. Pick a team and delete the rest.
