The kitchen is still screaming
I love this show and I also need it to let a scene breathe.
The Bear, Season 4 (2025)
MINUTECRITIC · Jul 8, 2026
The Bear is the only show that makes me nervous while I eat leftovers. Season 4 is more of the panic, more of the family, more of Jeremy Allen White looking like he has not slept since 2022. Some of that is still great. Some of it is the show tapping the same glass.
When it slows down, it is the best thing on TV. When it does not, it is a panic attack with credits. I am still in. I am also allowed to say it is loud.
Still worth it if you can stand the panic. Skip an episode if your own week is already loud.

August TV is leftovers and football
The prestige shows took the month off. The apps did not. Neither did the preseason.
