I heard mixed reviews heading in so I wasn't expecting much. However, Chris Pratt delivers in an entertaining movie. The movie highlights the positives and negatives of both humans and AI in a sci-fi future thriller. Pratt's character is accused of murdering his wife, and AI is the judge in the Mercy court.
He has 90 minutes to prove his innocence. It does require the suspension of disbelief as what transpires in this movie within 90 minutes, would probably take many hours in LA traffic but that's what movies are all about. Let yourself be entertained by sometimes the unfathomable. Mercy gets 3 out of 4 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
