VPNs sell a movie about spies. What they mostly sell is a tunnel on bad Wi-Fi and a logo. Mine connected. Speed was fine. The marketing was a lot. I kept it for travel days and ignored it at home, which is probably the correct use.
A consumer-service review has to say what you are not buying. You are not buying invisibility. You are buying a slightly better cafe.
Use one on public Wi-Fi. Do not pretend you vanished from the earth. You did not.
