The meal kit is grocery delivery plus homework. Little bags, a card, a protein that thawed in the fridge in a way that made me nervous. Two of the five dinners were genuinely good. One was a stir-fry that tasted like the card.
The plastic is the unspoken ingredient. Use it as a bridge. Do not marry it.
Useful after a chaotic week. Expensive as a lifestyle. Cancel before it becomes mail you dread.
