Did you know there was an original Greenland movie? I wouldn't have either if it weren't for my brothers and nope, I never saw it. Great news is the director of Greenland 2 does not think you saw the first one either and the first minute of the movie summarizes what happened in the first one. I really do not know what to say about this movie, but it takes place five years after a comet hit earth in the first film and only 25% of the planet is livable. What follows is more devastation, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions; all as a family tries to find the crater that was left from the original comet in the first movie because that area is expected to be the most inhabitable. Yeah, I do not know either. I would not waste your time at the theater and probably would not waste your time at home. This movie only gets a crumb of peanut butter from one Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.
